We’re in the Fall season and sickness is abound. Our team is filled with gigging musicians, and they do not have the luxury of cancelling a gig without it coming at a serious cost. In addition, we have clients and staff members with sensitive immune systems.
We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that our company policy requires clients to notify us 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a makeup lesson. Our sick policy, the latest an absence can be reported is 2:00 P.M. prior to the lesson. As a reminder, any student sent to Artfinix that has symptoms of illness will be sent home immediately and lesson/makeup is voided. Absences MUST be emailed to info@artfinixstudios.com to guarantee a makeup lesson. This is our standard company policy.
