Dear Musicians and Parents,

Congratulations, and welcome to the Ozzy Osborne Tribute Showcase! We are thrilled to have such a diverse group of talented musicians participating, and we are excited to work alongside each of you this season.

At Artfinix, our mission goes far beyond teaching songs. We strive to instill principles that will serve you not only in your musicianship but also in life—time management, discipline, responsibility, and the ability to balance multiple commitments. Many of you, especially our 8th grade graduates, are learning to manage school, music, social lives, and more. These lessons will help you navigate that balance successfully.

• Time Management

• Consistent Practice Habits (integrating music into daily life)

• Developing Musical Knowledge beyond raw talent

This season, the bar has been raised. To succeed, you must complete your assignments on time, come prepared, and take initiative. Please note the following important policies and expectations:

1. Access to Showcase Information

   • All materials (cast lists, set lists, and rehearsal details) are unlocked only by completing your assigned weekly tasks.

   • If your assignments are incomplete, you will not receive your song assignments. There will be no exceptions to this rule.

2. Assignment Before the Season Begins

   • You are required to complete the online program, which includes:

     • A history overview

     • The first set list of songs

     • A roadmap for preparation

   • This must be finished before rehearsals begin.

3. Rehearsal Expectations & Consequences

   • Arriving at rehearsal without completed assignments will result in being sent home immediately.

   • Repeated failure to complete tasks may result in removal from the showcase.
     

Your directors will guide you through the vision, layout, and rehearsals for the show. However, all showcase information flows through me (Brandon). Completion of assignments is the only way to gain access to your casting details.

We want this to be a season of growth and excellence. By working together and holding ourselves accountable, we will deliver an unforgettable performance and prepare for even greater opportunities ahead.
